I was just on the belt Parkway with another 1199r this bike had dp levers Rizoma pro gaurd for brake and license plate DNA00 or QNA00 nonetheless the highway patrol on motorcycles ruined our ride but when they made the exit me and this guy was zipping through traffic like matrix I instantly caught on to a technique he was using and damnnnnnnn it was fun risky but fun..... Just gotta say because I'm on my bike and never see it damnnnnnnn its one sexy beast

I want dibs on that technique !!! :)

If the guy rode like Stoner and was exceedingly handsome...it was me. I don't split lanes often, but when I do, I do it on an R.

I'm so ....... envy you get to keep on riding.....Arapahoe Basin ski area has already opened for the season over in this neck of the woods, and with this bike in the garage it's going to be one long winter.....

I'm going to have to tuck it in soon but I'm going to ride as much as I can

I think you still have 5-6 weeks to go; I usually visit NYC around Thanksgiving and I see people still ride their bikes...

Another benefit of the CA...the weather. Rode today in 74* weather...split lanes between 2 cop cars and one of em yelled, "nice bike".

But then again, I almost tucked the front hitting a huge pothole mid-corner on one of many of our crappy roads that, somehow, can't be fixed with 40-50+% of our income.

I have to say that the weather situation worked out for me this year (first with my 1199). Rode all summer in Colorado...missed the heat in Texas...now I live in Dallas and will get to ride all winter.

Should be comfortable until June next year.
