What's everyone done this year to get ready for spring? Those who have wonderful weather all year stay off this thread- don't upset us cold folk'. I've finally fixed he small oil leak coming from The breather hose and got to my front oil leak coming from my valve cover. Did the rear last year so hopefully no more oil leaks for awhile. Cleaned filter changed plugs while I had the front apart, had the front exhaust pipes ceramic coated (rears are wrapped and not removing them). And alternator cover, instrument cover and back under tray replaced in carbon. Along with swapping out the tail light for a motocorse intergrated light. Ready for march:D

So I just did few things:

Break and Clutch fluid change
Oberon slave master install
Grip install
Throttle spacer install
Decent cleaning
Swing Arm DP CF Cover install

all great winter things. I noticed a bit of diffrence with my slave swap. Little easier to engage- not too dramatic though.

I do have RCS 17 & 19 but will hold out installing them. I still need to get Reservoirs.

The Oberon slave was a must. My clutch would go away just sitting in the garage before the swap.

No more weekly bleeding.

Got the NRC tail tidy done at the beginning of winter. I added the DP Race Seat a couple of weeks ago. Geckos signal brackets are on the way. I ordered up the safety wire valve cover, fork pinch bolts, and drain plug from Phl. Also got the throttle spacers. Almost forgot I picked up the DDA+GPS for a good price from a friend.

Waiting for it to warm a bit before installing everything. No rush.

Put the full Akra DP exhaust on, up map for it, sprint filter, DP levers, throttle spacers and the motobox fender eliminator so far this winter. I want to add the reverse shift to match my s1000rr and some carbon pieces as well.

Ongoing fiber diet, wheels, black plastic, etc.
Replacing all the steel hardware with titanium.
Rearsets

Riding. More riding. Did I mention riding.

Actually, besides riding it every decent weather day above 25 that I can, I would like to finish a few things.

1. Add the pressure switch to the Brembo 17RCS Clutch slave so I don't have to have the bike in Neutral to start.

2. Install the 19RCS master and fluid reservoir and clear reservoir lines.

3. Install the rear reservoir and bleed with new fluid.

4. Install T and combine the drain/vent lines to 1 from the fuel tank to the bottom outlet.

5. Replace grips

6. Install Motodynamics Integrated tail light... (I wish, still waiting for this)

Pretty much everything else I have wanted to do is done. Just want some good garage time on a decent and warm weekend. The only reason I haven't done all this is my garage is a mess after my (now) wife moved in. Everything is spread around and out of sorts.

Ahh the vent lines combining them..such a good idea. I just replaced both of them with red lines- I didn't even think to combine them..

I picked up a brass T and plan to just combine and run them to the same drain hole. Since they both are basically the same thing. Really the only reason I see they are separate is because of the charcoal canister... but mine has been off for quite a while.

Im glad im not the only one going through winter lol

I'll admit the good thing about winter is it gives me time to tinker with the pani. Im not baller like most but heres my winter list so far.

CRG Arrow bar end mirrors(i would be very surprised if these were any help)
Ducati mirror block offs(Easily the biggest rip off yet lol)
Ducabike clear clutch cover(work of art:D and worth every penny)
Bestem CF heel guards
Ebay special pegs
some new decals

I have the Ducabike clear clutch... I agree. Worth it. Lots of looks.

I have the CRG Lane Split mirrors. I have had them for almost 10 years now, and they have followed me from bike to bike. Worth it. I have broad shoulders and can actually see. A key for bar end mirrors, don't look down to look behind you, tip your head to the side, this will allow you to continue to see forward and glance backwards. Anytime I ride a bike with regular mirrors, I have to chicken wing or move a bunch to see around myself. Or I just twist the wrist a little harder to not worry about what is behind me.

Yup i have arrows too and they're great. I've had my clear cover for awhile and did the interior clutch plate last year- Made it look even better!

As she currently sits. Waiting on goods to arrive still

Well, managed to ride this past Saturday it got to 60 F. But I just did NRC Tail Tidy, and almost hit the order button earlier on that new Termi "Force" undertail. Will revisit the idea after making a power point presentation on why i NEED the exhaust for the financial officer .... person that is always looking over my shoulder when i shop online.

I used to love undertails- especially on the 1098/1198... But i cant get on board with it on the pani. Maybe if they make bottom fairings that dont have the bottom cut out where the oem exhaust would go..Maybe that would make the lines look a bit better..

Same here, i was so in love with undertail my last 4 bikes were undertail but when i saw the belly mount on the panigale i was sold. The force just doesnt look right and takes away the clean lines of the bike. The tail on the panigale is so clean and sharp looking so why clutter it up with some huge cans:(
