Woodcraft Rearsets & Normal Shift? Can it be done?

Whats up guys, so I just picked up a used 1199s with woodcraft rearsets - they were set up for GP shift but I'm no fan and looking to revert to the normal configuration. Currently struggling HARD getting it to line up and not having the shift rod rub on the frame or anything else.

Does anyone have a photo of their setup by chance?

You may want to contact Woodcraft directly to verify it's doable, and if so, purchase the necessary parts for the conversion as Woodcraft sells a specific Standard Set and GP Set separately.

yeah I guess the days of just flipping the linkage around are over... Woodcraft makes GP rearsets and Normal ones. I'll have to call tomorrow and ask about the conversion kit so I dont have to buy an entire new rearset setup.

You need a different linkage, order from woodcraft. It may not be listed on the reg parts list hit them up and ask for he just the linkage.

They will hook you up no worries. I was sent GP by accident but that was just more encouragement to get back to the race track is all.

Woodcraft sells different rearsets for standard or GP shift.
