As if $3800 wasnt insane for the Termignoni, MSRP on the Ducati "Stamped" Akra is $5,000.

Hmmm. No thanks, I'll stick with the one that doesnt have "Ducati Performance" written on it for $1500 less. For that $1500 difference you can get 4 different wicked race maps from Bren Tuning, and have another $500 in the bank.

Who on here is actually going to order this from Ducati for their 1299?

I'm actually printing up some heat resistant Ducati Performance decals for the Akra, and I'm only charging $1499.00.
I'd be willing to do a group buy at $1497.00.

Evolution complete exhaust system in titanium.

Created by Akrapovic exclusively for the 1299 Panigale, this is the most advanced complete racing exhaust system available on the market. Every single section of the system is produced in a special Titanium alloy, with TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) weld joints, extremely light and resistant to high temperatures and containing the overall weight at 6.5 kg. Once fitted to the bike, the Evolution exhaust significantly increases the already impressive weight-power ratio of the 1199 Panigale, for breath-taking acceleration and spurt. When you click on "Fits On" it only lists the 1299 and 1299S.

Probably because of the "included" upmap. They can't include 1199 since the upmap won't work for the 1199. I'm pretty sure the system itself will fit exactly the same.

Since you are getting the R, the full system doesn't apply and you only get to fit the race cans which is $3800. Pity those with the 1299 or 1299S who want the full Akra system

I think it was covered in another thread but due to the larger headers you'll need to fit a new lower right fairing and larger heat shield if you want to put the 1299 exhaust on an 1199.
