Anyone having an issue with the heat from the exhaust effecting the rear tire hugger on their 1299? With mine so far it is just creating a round shiny spot about 3-4 inches in diameter on the hugger just below the bend on the exhaust pipe.

Does anyone here have some feedback on whether the heat from the exhausts, creates an issue with overheating the rear tyre? I was looking at an 1199 and the exhausts come REALLY close to the rear tyre. Comments and theories gladly accepted.

Hey, Has anyone heat wrap under the fuel tank? If so what product did you use? At the moment i am looking at trying either zircotec or DEI products.
