Although all issues are concerning the righthand turn signal, my left hand turn signal on the rear side and the brake light does not seem to work anymore.. (Pani 1299-S - 2016) Anyone recognizes the same issue?

Okay so after a longer ride, with good speed I stopped and saw this. What the heck could have happened, something hit it? Or is there a fault inside? Only left side, right is ok. Would this be possible to polish shiny again? Any ideas?
