So just received an email from Ducati telling me about the engine mapping and heat shield but they also were pushing the ability to install Z41 rear sprocket. I've never changed the rear sprocket on a bike - what would this particular Z41 sprocket actually do for the bike?

Just started thinking about changing the rear carrier and sprocket and would love to see what others have done. Might change gearing or not. Your imput is greatly appreciated. The bike is used for street riding and maybe a track day or two.:confused:

Hi folks, just about to fit the 520 conversion 15t front and 41t rear...... can someone please tell me what the torque setting should be for the front sprocket bolt, and the rear carrier nut. Thanks in advance Lee

Normally on my Ducs I ritualistically up the rear sprocket, but the guys at the shop convinced me to try this instead. It's not as drastic a change as the rear has been on my 996, 848, or any of my monsters, but its a nice improvement: 1. Surprisingly cheap mod, even if the dealer does it...
