For those that use warmer's at the track, which ones are best suited to the OEM tyres? Elastic sides or no elastic? Digital or non digital? Reliability? After some recommendations from fellow panigale owners! Perhaps you dont think warmers are even needed? I'd love to hear your arguments...

    Tire Pressures

Does anyone know the recommended tire pressure for track use on the 120/70 and the 200/55 SuperCorsa SP's? I have searched the net and 190/55 is the largest pressure chart. Like to hear what people are running on the track, and the canyons. Thank you.

    Strange tire sidewall markings

Went to the track Sunday and when I was looking over the rear tire I noticed something that I hadn't seen in my past track days(on other bikes/tires). I have a weird star or christmas tree light pattern on the side walls of both sides. The wear pattern on the carcass of the tire looks normal...

    Tire Wear

I just had new tires put on yesterday after approximately 1750 miles. This is the first bike I replaced the front and rear at the same time. Normally I would replace the front every other time I replace the rear. Front was worn to the wear indicators , rear was worn past them. Bike was...

    WD-40 on tire

Just a quick question. Giving the chain a clean up today to get off all that factory muck and somehow - even though I had taken precautions - I got a load of WD-40 on the rear tire. I absorbed it up straight away and then washed the tire with water and rags. Tire appears good but anything else I...

Substituting a 190 for the 200 rear tire

Anybody done it? The 200 seems like overkill for the road, and a 190 would be lighter. I know it will fit; but will it affect the performance of the traction control.

    Tire Pressure - Inconsistent Information

So the manual says that tire pressure should be roughly 30.5 psi in the front and 32 psi in the rear. However, today I noticed that the tag on the right side of the bike that contains the vin number says 33.4 psi front and 37.8 psi rear. Does anyone know why there is this discrepancy? Also...

Wow! That's one big rear tire on the 1199!

Just looked at the 1199 specifications... the bikes come from the factory with the Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP. The front tire is a 120/70ZR17 and the rear is a 200/55ZX17... wow, that's going to be a big rear! I already want to swap the rear out to a 190/50!
