Haven't seen a how-to on this. Pretty basic but it never hurts to have some pics.
1. Wipe gas tank with supplied alcohol pad in the area the tank pad goes. Make sure clean and free of lint.
2. Tape the template in place.
3. Stick the supplied clear film over top of the tank pad. Leave some of the film sticking out at the top.
4. Align the tank pad with the template. When aligned, stick the top edge of the clear film from step 3 onto the tank.
5. Now that the top edge of the clear film is holding the tank pad in place, the black template can be removed.
6. Without disturbing the top of the clear film stuck to the tank, peel the white backing away from the tank pad and keep the tank pad away from the tank.
7. Slowly start sticking the tank pad down, top to bottom. Stick the center of each piece and then work your way to the side edges of the pieces. Keep the clear plastic stuck on the the pieces until you've applied pressure and fully stuck all of the pieces down.
8. Remove the clear plastic stuck on top of the tank pad.
9. Enjoy!
