Dealer finally called . They said it was a software error that caused the radiator fan not to work and the bike went on limp mode . They ran many tests and said it perfect! They are sending the bike back Tuesday. Hope it’s good now 🙏🏻

Unless they have data from sensors that show that the engine temp didn’t exceed the normal operating range, I’d demand an extended warranty for your inconvenience and peace of mind. Bike could’ve overheated and damaged the engine and you might not see the consequences until the distant future. Also, get the diagnosis and at least a statement saying that engine is not damaged from this error in writing. Ducati NA should put their money where their mouth is.

The ENI coolant is premixed ethylene glycol/water at about a 53/47 ratio and the overheat warning on my '18 V4 turns on at 125 C/257 F, V4R could be different.

I'm confused the owners manuals says the that the 5th bar ends at 200 C and the high flashing warning starts. Weird. I have my fans set to turn on at 100 C and that's in the third bar.
