Total newb and very first Ducati owner...so...after your mocking sessions, here's a legitimate question/concern:
Bought the bike used, rode it home. The dash looked fine when it started at the seller's house and all the way to my house. Connected the bike to a battery tender and charged it for 24 hours. Now, when I turn the ignition on the dash looks fine, all the digits are fully shown. When the bike turns on and while idling, the dash is missing parts of the digits. When I rev it it gets a bit brighter and bolder but during idling it looks super weak and numbers are deformed. Here's a picture and a short clip of me revving it up.

Battery is on 12% which in my book is super low so a new battery has been ordered but did I just get myself into a world of trouble by picking up a Hyper with a bad dash, electrical problems? Can anyone tell me what is the worst I can expect and what is the best case scenario, outside of the battery being low? I'm really trying to avoid the trip to the Duc shop and leaving my paycheck there for a diagnostic. Hoping for some home remedies before I dip into my son's college fund for the repair(s). Ughh....I knew I should have just stayed with Jap bikes
Any help is greatly appreciated.
