I recently purchased a 2013 1199 panigale. the bike was stripped of the ecu, keys and BBS. I have purchased a new lock set and a BBS. my question is, is there a way of programming new keys to a used ECU( as there are lots around) without having the original keys to that ECU? the bike is at the dealership now but I have to been able to find anybody who knows how or has done it and they are unsure if they can do it without the original keys to a used ECU.

That's what the dealer will quote you to replace everything.
I had only one original keep with my SF. Sent it to chad and $90 later had 2 extra programmed keys.

Without a doubt call Dave at Redline Performance Motorsports and you'll be happy to see its no where near that expensive for new keys! Even if you need your dash reprogrammed as well if you have NO keys left to cut the new ones off!

I just bought my Ducati from auction, key was not on the bike so I’m having to deal with a keyless bike. Don’t know why I can’t find someone who will just code me a blank key that I’ll just buy from dealer
what exactly did you do, just bought a used lock set from ebay, plugged it in to ur bike and it works fine!?!? I keep hearing that u need new dash new everything!
