Want To Buy 1199 ecu

I recently purchased an 1199 and the ecu was robbed.

I am looking to purchase an ecu that has original matching keys to it so I can reprogram the new ones I have to that ecu.

Ecu is not locked to the key, key and e-lock is coded together

basically I have the bike with the dash and no ecu. is there a way of programing a used ecu to a new set of keys without having the ecu keys that you are trying to program new keys to ?

You just mount the ecu, no need for programming anything

They robbed your ECU and not the whole bike ?

I think he picked up a bike with out an ECU.

exactly the bike was purchased with no ecu. they're trying a used ecu today so ill keep my fingers crossed.

in the end all was well a used ecu was able to be programmed to a new lock set!
