I have just placed an order for a Panigale in Singapore and i am considering putting some Gold Magnesium wheels. However i don't want to be stuck with the standard wheels.

Can anyone advise, should i request the dealer to provide the Magnesium wheels or should i search and buy separate? In addition, has anyone got any photos of the standard 1199 Panigale in red with gold magnesium wheels?

Cheers

Paul H

magnesium wheels

I don't know if anybody with a base (standard) Panigale 1199 has posted pictures of gold magnesium wheels, but you can look at:

Ronin's bike (1199 R)

It will give you an idea of what you're looking for.

Just click on the "Search" button, and enter Ronin and magnesium.

He has aluminum, but I guess they look the same.

Many Thanks - Wow, the gold really works well.

No problem. Yes they really do.

They do NOT look the same Ronin has forged Aluminum, its a limited edition by a supplier not in the US

They are anodized Gold (much brighter in color)

The forged Magnesiums are a dull gold

you can search for the Ducati Omaha bike Jarel had Forged magnesium on his

Mine are not gold, but rather the platinum colorway...

Yes, the bike is in the pic... :p

help. somebody help me. i fell off my chair and still can't see anything motorcycle related.

maybe when she takes her clothes off.

Depends on what kind of credit the dealer gives you for your takeoffs, they will sell on ebay for 900 to 1000 USD for the pair. The BASE wheels seem to be in demand. Steve

Well that is interesting. Any ideas why the ugly ass base wheels would be so desirable?

I'm using my base wheels for rain tires for racing. Maybe others are as well.
