Minor update.
Made the new front titanium axle instead the one that came with Robby Moto triples.

Great to get some updates! Your bike is going to be one of a kind!
Are you going to make the rear axle as well in Ti? If yes, I would be in for front and rear :)
 
Guys, thanks for the encouraging comments.

Gecko, looks like the rear axle will be a two piece design to keep the price in the acceptable range.
 
At the moment the idea is to make it with grooves (like the sprocket side) and some sort of stopping pin.
