I must say the Dragon Lady isn't much into stalling. She also had a surfeit of power, but then one can never have enough power, regardless of whether you can use a quarter of it or not.
Same here.. both of my 998 stalled often.. no issues yet on the 1199 (fingers crossed)

Well that is sure to be a buzz kill for many..
My tarnished 2 pennies tells me the demand would be very low. 85cc's is a relatively low displacement increase and the cost versus benefit equation falls heavily towards a waste of money. The incremental power gains made by the 1299 can be had without opening up the motor.
Some will disagree, and there are always the few who just like to experiment and tinker, but for 99% of 1199 owners, it simply wouldn't be worth the expense. A full exhaust and a quality tune and you are at or beyond the 1299 power metrics.
