@Wachuko - I see what you mean. Not just the wings then; they've added a bit more of spoiler below the headlights and reshaped it a little around the sides of them, and it looks like the lower sides are a bit wider as well.

Those mirrors look like they won't vibrate as much either :O

But I want that rear diffuser/rear seat ducts in carbon fiber instead of that black plastic.

let's say, there is a guy on here who is going to be one of the first to check this out :D :D :D

from what i see so far, there is no indication that the R comes with a second race exhaust like it did in 2013/14 - the only reference to exhaust is the Titanium Canisters and Stainless Headers

-- in previous years there was a note on the site indicating a separate Race Exhaust came with the R

the cans on the R are looking identical to the ones on the SL (street trim) so i'd expect them to come with the full akra / track slip)

i certainly expect it too...but there is no indication of it yet.....under "additional equipment" it lists the passenger seat and pegs for the base & S model...nothing for the R

Looks like ful titanium system. From ducati.com:

Homologated Akrapovic titanium exhaust

A homologated Akrapovic exhaust, with silencers and tubes fully in titanium, is as beautiful as it is functional. Allowing the Panigale R's engine maximum breathing and maximum power, this exhaust is impeccably built and weighs only a fraction of what a comparable steel exhaust does.

this detail is still a tad unclear....as has been done in the past, R bikes had an exhaust that is EPA approved with catalytic converters in the system that arived installed on the bike - then a separate box had the "race exhaust" that consisted of end cans and tubes (tubes were a larger diameter), but no headers

-- at the moment, it's anyones guess because the way it reads now, if the bike arrives as they detail on the web site (your post) then it would be EPA legal and Cats installed...

Mine came with the Termi full system, Headers and Cans in the box of goodies. It will be interesting to see what they do for the '15.

Given the sound constraints now in place at a lot of race tracks, the R may only ship with a street legal exhaust (which looks like the street legal SL Akrapovic exhaust to me). A louder track only exhaust would get many bikes thrown off the track now. No track exhaust may simply be a reflection of the current state of track policies.

So when do you think we will start seeing riding reviews? How long before Ducati provides bikes to the Motorcycle magazines for testing?
