Melted fairing? Melted too

The current fairing was the one that originally melted with the stock exhaust and Ducati replaced.

Never even noticed it, How I gave no idea. Washed the bike 2-3-4? Times only noticed it after I removed it to do initial service. Did Ducati give you a hard time about it,?

I got my new 1299fe yesterday number is 924 straith from the probuction line would be o e of the last i heard

There are still 3 sitting in showrooms here in Sweden according to advertisements
(and 4 V4 speciales). Things move slow here as prices aren't great.

#322 has now a little bit more than 3000 km. This bike is awesome.

Ducati's Instagram page just posted (1 hour ago) that the last FE's are on their way to the dealers. "Only 1299 such bikes." So... 1299. That's the final number of the final edition. !!

The Instagram post claims that the bikes come with with a certificate of authenticity. I do not recall getting one with my bike. Anyone else get one?

I saw a post by Ducati yesterday on social media stating that it is the last chance to purchase 1299R FE and that 1200 were made. Did anyone else see that post? I do not own one but I do think they are one of the best looking Ducati's out (personal less the red wheels).

I just looked this up and saw that the production number is 1299, pretty classy.

In close proximity I've got #21 and #1035. Would anyone know who has the #21 1299 Superleggera, heard it's with Troy Bayliss?

I have read somewhere that 1299 bikes have been produced, and that owners will receive an official certificate... but it has not been confirmed yet.

I never received my official certificate, well I guess the title is official?

From what I have heard the certificate did not get sent out with the 'earlier' production but will come in the mail for the later ones after the warranty has been activated.

Strange isn't it? Those Italians..... [emoji23]

Ducati claims on their home page: The official certificate is the lasered serial number.

:D

I'm about to buy a new F.E. from Ducati and they offer me the production numbers #1116 or #1.117

This said, the importer tells me that is quite possible that Ducati did not serve the numbers in order from #1 to #1299.

What's clear to me is that the FE's are not in the dealers as Ducati stated in their latest posts, etc...

Ducati announced that the last FE are going to be shipped to the dealer.

This does not mean, that they arrived all over the world already.

However, In Germany you cannot order them anymore, but there are still plenty at the dealer available.
