I am a new owner of Cagiva Gran canyon. from what I understand it uses the same Marelli 1.6M fuel injection as some Ducatis. My issue is it is running over rich I have reset the TPS using Brad the Bike boys procedure 155mv with throttle stops backed off and then set the left stop to 400mv.
Using a wide-range O2 sensor I get 10-1 AFR at +2000RPM and the plugs are black although the idle is 13.5-1 with the ECU trim set at approx 45 deg to the rich side of neutral. I have replaced the air temp sensor and have checked the oil temp sensor to be at .20K ohms at 100C, I know that the pressure sensor changes when I apply + and -pressure. I have also verified the inputs at the ECU connector. It has an FBF stage 1 eprom and after-market slip-on silencers with an open-air box, I'm not sure where to go from here any help would be appreciated
