I have an 1198 engine that is struggling to turn over when the starter is hit. I have a video of the issue and what it looks/sounds like. The battery is fully charged during the test shown in video and the bike also has upgraded cables that were already on the bike when the issue started. Pulled the engine all the way out to fix a wobbling starter reduction gear we believed may have been causing the issue as well as having the starter itself rebuilt. The video is after both fixes were made but obviously did not solve the issue. Obviously I don't have the harness or ECU connected but this is the same issue it was having with everything connected. With so little left on the engine I am at a loss of what else to check or look for. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated, also the engine can be turned over by hand(with difficulty) and feels smooth enough that it shouldn't be the issue I don't believe.
