2013 1199S Starting Motor - Oil Leak? WTF is it?

Anyone seen this before? I noticed it in January 2020, wiped it clean. Now, May 2020 same thing. So nothing perilous at the moment, but I am interested in what this could be and if anyone has had the same thing.
A 7 year old seal/O-Ring maybe?

.... man idk but that sucks.
I remember one of the senior members chiming in after another member reported that the dealer wanted to split the engine case to replace an o ring... to let us know that u can just slide the o ring in to place from the outside of the engine.

hope one of them can chime in on this one

Dude, Helllllll no. That would be nuts. I would deal with the leak before all that. Im just not sure wtf is actually leaking.....
