Guys I just picked up a 959 for the track and wanted to see what everyone is doing as far as gearing? I was thinking -1F +2R but wanted to see what everyone else is doing?

I went +2 on the rear and I think +1 would have been better for JenningsGP. -1 +2 sounds excessive to me.

People in the know recommend against -1 in the front as it alters the chain angle and effects handling. Things of this nature are somewhat over my head in terms of geometry and physics but I trust my suspension guy knows what he is saying. I've seem him on TV working the MotoGP paddock ;)

We head to NYST its a great track with great people and the ride is way better from CT. its about 3.4 hrs and no traffic coming home. We get killed coming back from NJMP
