I like the video, you are proud of what you have and is a expression to what you have an attachment to.
It is a great piece to look back on one day.
As Karl said, we use these bikes differently than other.
For me I race a Panigale R, I believe this is what this bike was meant to do.
Karl also is now building a race bike from an R.
I can see both sides of the coin here.
I have a 18 Final Edition, It is a garage queen, but here is the kicker, she sees the track 1-2 days a year as well, Karl can attest as he has seen her on one.

Yeah the Stars and Stripes would look awesome. I always loved the Repsol livery too. I appreciate your comments. Nicky was a hero.

Strong.
I have to look up what the Nicky Hayden Foundation does.
Nicky was TOP.
I was just discussing with a client the significance of character / leaders. Some people are able to stay how the present themselves in any .... storm + blow torch. Nicky strikes me as that kind of real deal. Fame, championship, whatever, he was always Nicky. I got to hang with him once briefly before his last Laguna Seca GP. That dude is a real sweet soul who could back-in a D16 that almost no one on Earth could ride. The list includes: Nicky, Stoner. That's the whole list.
Really nice ride as is. If you get a chance on doing a second livery, may I be so bold as to suggest, stars and stripes? That's how I remember him. I always thought it was a bit too much marketing, but his bike at the Laguna GP was always way too much stars and stripes.

Thank you! I am so proud to be able to call it my own. As far as racing them, I’m not good enough, and I’m too poor, hahaha
Maybe in another lifetime I’ll learn how to ride well and be able to have a nice bike AND a race bike. I plan on doing track days with this bike. It should be a blast. If I crash it, well, it’s a machine. I’ll fix it.

Outstanding. Thanks for sharing.I think your painter has done an incredible job.Hope your boss lets you store/work on your bike in that clean, well lit and probably well-tooled hanger! I`m sure NH would have been proud and maybe his charity could sell posters of your bike to raise funds? Keep up the great work!

We all start from somewhere, I probably should not be racing mine as far as my wallet size either.
I have made many sacrifices to have the bikes I have.
I am sure your machine will be a thrill and joy on the track.
I truly believe the track is where these bikes belong, that being said, the track is where all sport bikes truly belong.
Nobody here is setting lap records, I ride for the smiles. It is why we all got these bikes, right?
