I'd check with the dealer then escalate to Ducati on my own if I didn't get a result. Beyond that, you may consider the NHTSA.
 
Doesn't the Superleggera have the Race Evo dash mode, same as the 22?

I wonder if its the same dash from the SL, which has the 998 engine, put on a 2022 bike with a 1103 engine. Hence the differences in the tachometer. It seems like an Italian thing to do.
No, the Superleggera uses a version of the old dash with a RaceGP mode if the Akrapovic exhaust is installed.
Also, both the R and SL have a 16k/16,5k limit, so that can't be the reason either. Mabye its for a new unreleased model/ special version?
