Man, mad props there. You divulged their secret weapon. I want my 19000 and a bollocks big ass latte to match. Good info my friend!!

Really hahahaha. I am strictly a road rider and no track. The roads i ride has Long straights with sweepers. Every gear will red line but in 6Th gear, this bike i limited (wont go past) to 15,500 rpms. Does ANYONE here even ride like this???????

Yea, truth be told there are no tracks in SoCal that can reach red line in 6th gear on the V4R with stock gearing. Miller Motorsports Park I could get up there but I have not raced there in 10 years; it's a 13 hour drive from here!

I made this comment before I browsed through pages and pages of banter....while we all DO appreciate your input on the issue you are having with your bike most of us here are adults who care little for ....-measuring.
This isn't that kinda place and browsing through these last few pages of verbal diarrhea is a waste of everyone's time.

If you want to ride your bike flat out just make sure when you do crash, because you will, that you don't kill someone innocent.

Hahaha everyone has different riding styles bro so watch your fffnnn mouth. We do top end high speed riding and it’s not just straight line. We ride the bikes to the absolute limit which you know nothing about. I would like to see you do 190-195 mph in some dam canyon!!!! It takes BALL to do this ..... Yourself and no one here even knows the bike is restricted up top. Four people I know so far as having the same issue. I doubt if you even come out of fourth or fifth gear doing the .... you do. the bike revs all the way out in every gear except for six gear. that’s why I can’t get no straight answers because no one has the balls to ride this damn bike to its limits and top it out.

I told you the bike doesn't pull. You can change gearing and you will see that can red line on the rpm that ducati claims. Relax your balls and your arrogance believing that you are the only one that can go 190miles

You are a TOTAL FNN ....!!!!

You can go front one less easier but you need to do also a transmission adaptive reset to avoid issues with the DQS.

Is this true? I went one down in front and never did this or tire calibration (phonic wheel negates the need?) with no ill effects. Just lucky not to have had issues?

But then again, I also replaced my failed GPS without needing to do any resets or updates either. Just cleared all codes (with DIM Sport Tuner), replaced the sensor, installed the cooling accessories (duct, spacers, ec..), and was done with it.

I had pretty much the same experience.
But recently, on a trackday, the bike completely died, mid session. Restarted after a minute or so. Same thing happened next session, but took longer to restart. No warning lights etc. I did the tyre calibration, and all OK now 🤷‍♂️
I'm one down front, up three rear.
I did have an error in the ECU, bike in unexpected gear position.

Did you get the 2023 ecu update?

Hmmm. I did not. Is it a '23 update to all ECUs? Or an update to '23 ECUs? My bike is a '20. Never got a notice from DNA or my dealer about an ECU update.

Some people they had and that's also what is written in the owners manual. Me I did a reset on mine just in case to avoid unexpected issues.. I don't believe you need a reset or something with the replacement of the GPS.

Ah, no. It's a 23 update/upgrade for 22 bikes.
But, I had run the gearing since the update, no worries, then one day it randomly stopped the engine 🤷‍♂️
