Loseing a foot peg at the wrong moment is bothersome at best, I had a foot peg come loose on my TZ many years ago at Sears while leading, it was impossible to continue.
The problem I have seen with Chinese stuff is dependent on who is making it, some stuff is good, if it's being made to someone else's specs, other stuff is pure crap. The fasteners are sub standard, a chinese grade 8 is the equivalent to an American/Canadian grade 5.
A Chinese grade 5 is basicly picnic bench hardware. In the end we all get what we pay for, as for me, if I'm gilding the lily I'm going to use real gold.

a guy on the bmw forum got a pair of chinese rear sets you can't tell the difference between them and sato i will try and find it brb

i also had chinese levers. same exact as duca bike. actually i liked them better than duca bike. they were foldable and extendable and they said 1199 panigale instead of duca bike. kicker was they were 100 bucks duca bike 400.

www.adjustablelevers.com be sure when you chose your lettering on the adjustable part it says adjustable levers. i chose not to have this writing on it. mine just say 1199 panigale. they are all black the red looks like cranberry. there is an option to leave the company lettering off.

i will sell you mine for 50 bucks. i now have the crg carbon fiber ones let me know. ill even throw in the red part for free as it looks cranberry but if something were to happen you have an extra.

you can see the levers on my bike pictures in the picture forum.

its hard to explain but on the top of the extentions or if you get the shorties on top of the shorty it will say adjustable levers. i used the live chat to order and i asked to not have any company lettering on the levers. all i got was the 1199 panigale logo. most miss that if you dont ask for this that you get them and it says adjustable levers on it.

just my 2 cents weather it comes from china or anywhere else. this goes with carbon too its all the same crap. aluminum is aluminum carbon is carbon if its 100% carbon. just depends what dirt poor area of whatever country makes it. there is no difference at all. if you want to believe there is and pay double the amount feel free

I can vouch for that stupid company writing on the levers. I also ordered my shorties (non-adjustable) from same site Mark mentioned. You can see it on the top of my levers in the picture above. I did not know that's how they would ship out nor did I know removing the company name was even an option. It is a pretty small font n most can't tell but still. I've grown to live with it. Nothing major unless you're anal like that.

i have the extendable ones double O and i happen to catch it when i was designing them. it would drive me nuts. yes you can have them made without it there. fyi there are other companies out there selling the same exact levers. as you can see you can put your own logo on it instead of adjustable levers. for example bestem sells these called motozen levers. guess what they same exact thing as adjustable levers exept they say motzen lol

i have said it to you before but i will say it again. best looking panigale i have seen period. white and blue the way you have it. my 2 favorite colors. i was going to get a white one to do the same thing but am opting for the hp4. damn you double o lol.

What is the diffrence sir?

I am not sure of the exact differences but the HQ Racing rearsets were made to order for them.. These on ebay are obviously just being sold directly... Now I cannot know if its the same manufacturer but the HQ racing ones say Panigale on them..These do not...

All in all, I'm ordering a set for $99 but will give my feedback once installed. For $99 it's hard to pass up and in the end, if they suck, I'm not out $400-600 bucks like some of the guys on here that don't like their final product and end up replacing them with another $500-700 set.

Thanks for all the feedback gents!

(IT'D BE NICE IF SOME HOT LADIES WOULD BE ON HERE CHIMING IN TOO) :) :)
