Umm, thanks but I did not really understand what you said lol. My first ever ducati and I haven't worked too much on bikes myself other than very basic work.Yeah just remove all the ABS lines from the masters, install direct lines to the calipers and plug the 4 ABS pump ports then never look back.
But if ABS doesn't work then my out of province inspection will fail. The inspector said if it has ABS which he can see it does, it needs to be working in order to pass the out of province inspection.Lets simplify it so you will be better off without the ABS so bypass it all using my instructions above.
ABS light does not come on at all! Like, I haven't even seen it on the dash don't know know where it pops up. Based on my research so far, seems like abs is not even hooked up or not getting power at all. I read manual. Seems like there is positive and negative terminal wires for abs needs to be hooked up to battery. When i disconnected the battery and connected back again, i didn't see abs wires. Now i am gona reach the battery again and hopefully i can find or dig out abs terminal wires. Don't remember seeing any wires hanging around when i reached battery last.Need to know more. What do you see? Does the light come on and then turn off over 5km/h (normal), or is it not coming on at all or staying on when over 5km/h?
Well the inspector failed it due to abs not working. He said it has ABS so it should be working.
Apparently my bike does have ABS. I just asked the guy i bought it from. He said it certainly does have ABS.Your inspector does not know what he is looking for. I just double checked your bike does not have ABS.
