turkey pan will always work. weltonrk had one installed and WERA tech approved it.

Just a quick question, then...

I looked up the OEM stock silencer price in the Ducati parts catalog and the stock replacement cost is $2,600. What does one do if and when they want to sell? I have heard them cored and they sound great, so if you are doing it just for the sound, then it makes perfect sense. However, some folks are trying to save money by avoiding the cost of $2,000 slipons, instead having them cored at < $400. Unless you find a pair that someone is willing to sell you, it will cost you big time in the long run if you want to take it back to stock, lower your trade in value, or delay a sale.

This being said with all due respect to a highly regarded member of this forum, of course.

I had heard mine before Termi and after without baffles. Could not tell much of difference except though the helmet at higher revs. I hard it the other day when a tech did a test ride. Wow. Sounds great. Deeper than stock, but have never herd the AK.

I think that if you are just trying to tell the difference by standing beside the bike it may be difficult because loud is loud and all are.

You obviously have never looked up OEM parts on eBay or even on this forum. The going rate for OEM exhaust in excellent used condition is under $200. There is a full OEM exhaust on eBay right now for $192 Buy-it-Now or Best Offer:

I've been considering buying a cheapo set off eBay just to send to Phl to have an alternative to my Termi slip-ons, as I think his sound WAAAAYYY better.

They fit? I have the Akra system and was curious whether I could just toss my stock silencers back on temporarily without messing with the headers if I was in a pinch (read: because the law man said so).
