Not sure if the R is different but 1199/1299 mounting points are the same, the full Akra system will fit. Difference is with the slip ons, although the cans are the same the small Y pipe has a different attachment to the headers.

If you get the one from Ducati, it does. If not, it doesn't.
However, that "upmap" is nothing more than some generic A/F ratio mapping to help the bike run better with the freer flowing exhaust. It is nothing different than the generic maps you can download from dynojet by inputting your bike make/model and exhaust. There is nothing special about it.
And a custom dyno tune with a map specifically built for YOUR bike will ALWAYS be better than some generic map built by someone who has never seen your bike.
The exhausts are the same regardless of where you get them. My advice would be get the Akra EVO exhaust from someplace else like here:

(you might can call and get a better price, most manufacturers have a minimum list price that vendors have to adhere to)
...and then get a RapidBike tuner and go to a reputable shop and have a custom dyno tune done.
