AKRO map

What has been your experience with the akro map and what do y’all think about the upmap. My dealer told me they’ll give me the akro map when i have them but my arrow exhaust on but I’ve also read it needs a prove of purpose aka a key to get the bike flashed. So what is the 411

The up-map that is provided with the purchase of a full or slip-on Akra system has to be registered to a VIN. That I am aware of it can only be used if a system is purchased and only for the VIN of the bike that it was purchased to be installed on. If your dealer is telling you they can flash your bike with that map for another brand of exhaust is news here.

Re upmap....more and smoother power. No dip in power/torque at emissions testing rpm. Much smoother running.

Agree completely, me too, flawless fueling with Akra slip-ons and official up-map via dealer.
Expensive but you get what you pay for and it’s perfect[emoji108]
