I emailed the shop I bought it from, which was in a neighbouring EU country, and they sent it the next day.

I just got an email today that my replacement canisters are ready to ship. They asked me to confirm my serial (chassis) number and address.
I suspect the delay is that they can't ship a bunch of these via air, presuming they are all manufactured in the EU.
