I expect the new ZX-10R and GSX-R1000 to be every bit as good as the R1. Great time to be into sportbikes... especially if you track them.

I'm going to check out the '15 R1 in raven black this weekend - were any one you able to take a test ride? More dealers need to allow this, I guess the problem is joyriders
 
One of the sales guys I know has a demo for the summer, said I can take it out for an hour or so... ill report back.
 
^ Bought my bike 8 days ago, new ohlins came in yesterday and bike is being delivered today. Only a few hundred bikes affected and most haven't been delivered yet. Ohlins was pretty fast to fix it... Recalls suck
 
IMO recalls are good... they're fixing a problem. Some manufacturers choose to ignore problems and never issue a recall leaving the consumer to deal with it.
