I was at Roebling Road one day last year and this guy had a gorgeous 1199. The race bodywork was really nice. I wish I could remember his name. I asked him where he got his bodywork and he said it's an Italian company. He really praised them. This is the site: Moto GP Ricambi They have been communicating with me and said the full race bodywork, w/bellypan, for the 1299 will be ready around June 23. I asked for the scheme to look like the aruba.it race bodywork.
Has anyone dealt with this company? Any experience good or bad? The guy I met at the track was really nice and said positive things about MotoXP but if anyone else is familiar, please chime in.
Why am I asking for advice on this? Because I've never owned a Ducati. The other day I agreed to a set of DucaBike rear sets from Bellissimoto because the CNC rear sets were sold out of stock. Then, just my luck, a day later,I saw the thread on rear sets and what was good versus bad. I just cringed when I read the responses about DucaBike rear sets, not to mention I got pretty upset because I clearly asked the guy in parts would the DucaBike rear sets hold up to racing like the Vortex and Woodcraft rear sets. I'm sure you can guess what he told me.
With all of that said, if anyone has experience(s) with these guys, I'd really appreciate your advice before I truly commit.
Thank you.
