Anyone use AXO or Berik suits?

And are 2 piece suits ok for use on Track Days?

Thanks in advance.

Buddy of mine has some sort of sponsorship pricing with them. He seems to like it.

Two piece are fine, but why? I did my first few trackdays in a two piece RS-Taich suit. I thought it was an amazing suit until I got a one piece. So much more comfortable, lighter and easier to move around. The waist line just changes the way it stretches and moves with you.

If I already had one, I would certainly ride trackdays with it before investing in another suit. But if the intent was track riding from the outset, I wouldn't get a two piece at all.

I have none right now lol. I am also on a budget with the suit and it seems so far the 2 pieces are cheaper. Not much but a bit cheaper. But since axo seems ok the $40 difference between a 1 and 2 piece suit is void. I can get a 1 piece axo indy suit for $424 think that may be best route atm.

There is absolutely more than $40 value in comfort on the track with a one piece IMHO. I wouldn't even think twice on that one and just get the one piece.

Most of the big players are having suits made in Pakistan now. Many GREAT suits coming out of pakistan, IF QC is handled right. Todd from Heroic was one of the first independents to have sews sewn there, and has gone thru the trials and tribulations of controlling the quality. As already mentioned in this thread, everyone willing to buy a half dozen suits is now a dealer. Besides poor quality, delays in shipping, colors being wrong, some of these suits are just unsafe! Then, when you have a problem, the "dealer" can't afford to refund you, and the factory surely won't. first and foremost, be sure to buy a suit that's been around awhile, and talk to people who have crashed in them, hard and alot! My Heroic suits have taken a beating, and friends have crashed the crap out of them too. Todd have constantly evolved the technology of his suits, and one of my favor parts is the titanium and sharkskin sacrificial pieces in the impact and abrasion areas that can be replaced to save a suit. I have other suits with holes in the shoulders from crashing, heroic uses a replacable titanium slider. I now wear a hybrid, ultra light kangaroo with cowhide in the areas likely to slide for awhile in a crash. He discovered that in low speed slides, the 'roo tended to grab the asphalt and get you rolling, and the cowhde slid easier. suit is ridiculously light and super flexible and comfortable. If you are even remotely close to a rack size, he does all his own alterations in house. BTW he, worked years in High fashion design for Lious Viton, and is fast as hell on a bike himself, so his suits are badass killer cool to look at too! If you want to talk to him, tell him Brett sent you, and he'll send you some design ideas. heroicracing.com
BTW, most amazing gloves on the planet! Crazy innovative titanium and sharkskin protection with lightweight and flexible kangaroo hide, and presewn with fingers in handlebar position. most comfortable I've ever worn, and amazing in a crash. you ALWAYS end up sliding hands first.

I am tall and skinny and always had difficulties with A* and Dianese suits. I have an RS Taichi suit that fits well.
