I have not been able to reach them for a week, and Mani's voicemail is full. What is going on over there?

@MotoMillion Where are you? Honestly I hope you are in good health and everything is okay.

I did order something from them recently and just got it in the mail, so it seems like he's working. First time I ordered something and didn't have to actively reach out to him and ask for an update, so that was a first.

Thanks, finally heard back today, never knew if maybe he caught covid or something and was out of commission.

He let me know that due to covid 19 that its been stressing everyone at his store and making things hard. On one hand, I get that, but you can check your email from anywhere. As a business owner, I have people constantly watching my customer service channels. Its so expensive to earn new customers, why would you risk losing them to something easy?

Nothing wrong with Motomillion, but I prefer Bellisimoto and Motovation for their responsiveness..

Agreed, Randy or Lyle @ Bellissimoto always respond back within a couple hours when I email them. Usually sooner.
Motovation is cot far from me, so usually just call them and talk to whoever, always nice and helpful.

Another good one is Alex @ Home - GP Racing he has called me to double check my color choices, luckily. I ordered the wrong color, unknown to him, and and he wanted to make sure before shipping the parts out.

Alex always calls me to tell me they've got my stuff in the mail. Really stand up guys all around.

I ordered a part from Motomillion and he didn't send it out for over a week. I sent two emails to him with no response. I had to reach out to him on his cell phone and then he finally sent the part out.

When I received the part, it was the wrong part. Not even close to what I ordered. I reached out to him again and he said he would send the part out that day with a return shipping label for the wrong part.

I never received a shipping update and that was Friday. Going to wait until tomorrow before I do a charge back.

I would probably would never do business with him again.

Hey everyone, we are still in business. As some mentioned, we are having a hard time with Covid-19. We can't have the full work force because of work place social distancing restrictions and on top of it, you may know some people rather not work and collect money from the government instead. We try to reach out to everyone, but as you know we are all human and can only do so much. On top of it, most suppliers we use are in Italy which does not help the case. We apologize for not being able to get back to everyone, it is definitely not what we want to do as a business.

Can you send me your order number for me to check this out please?

12799.

Order placed 6/6.

We talked last Friday. I never received a shipment update for the correct order with the shipping label for the wrong item.

This was the order for the caliper spacers that you ordered for $37.57 correct? I think by accident you were send the throttle spacers.

We apologize for the mistake. I just sent you an email with the tracking of the new package coming to you. There will be a prepaid return label inside of that new pacakge, which you can use to send the incorrect item back to us.

I have ordered a bunch of stuff from motomillion in the Nov through March timeline and they were always top notch and fast shipping.

Mani is a good dude, has gone from a crew of 15 to 3, that is significant, He will get to your orders send a friendly reminder but he will take care of you. He sends parts to me up here in Jax non -stop. @MotoMillion is top notch.... WHATS MANI!!

Consistently good for me. Sometimes ppl do deserve a break. Sure it’s annoying when it happens to you but theres a plandemic so I’ll let them slide
