Awesome tips guys. I didnt know about half these other places. Thanks!

My experience was the same as a couple others this week, maybe he had something going on. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but no response to multiple emails in 3 days, I started wondering what was up. An email with "we are back-ordered" or "I have the rona" would be enough to have me wait. It was just radio silence and a full voicemail box that gave me pause and I decided to check with others. Completely get that these are hard times. I can understand slow shipping or logistics, but not slow email systems and general customer service. I don't want to disparage them at all, they seem to have a good name in the community, I just wanted to make sure something hadn't happened that I did not know about and perhaps start exploring other possibilities. I mean it was just for bolts for my windscreen, that I wanted to get asap so I could ride.

@MotoMillion How does covid 19 affect checking/clearing your customer service voicemail and your email account saying "yes we are alive". Hire an intern or someone overseas to give you updates on customer service requests. We get shipping and logistic issues. You guys are also cranking out social media every day, cant that include checking your email? From one business owner to the next, I feel your pain. Let technology help you.

Absolutely. Consider this thread just a double check that everything is ok, not a bitch session. In the end, things seem fine.

sweet, I got some black windscreen bolts from ProTi, waiting on the windscreen to arrive b4 messing with it. I think the gray bolts that come on the bike r kinda bad looking. Love the gloss black ones

Yeah the factory had two of mine stripped out (or maybe my dealer stripped them on first service tightening them down). T7 and seem to be made of butter.

I'm pretty sure I would have stripped them for free :D I think they moved to t8 in 2019, so I'm sure its an honest mistake

Honest mistake. Giving everyone the benefit of a doubt now are we? lol ayo dealer, replace that ishh

I came across this crunchy paste you could put inside a bolt or screw head and it would help the bit grab better. Now I can’t find it

I would give no quarter if I knew who to blame (lol), I didn't notice until I had to pull them out. Bit down enough to get them backed out but not enough to want to put them back in that way.

so you haven’t been able to ride your bike for 2 weeks and counting bc of this? What a disaster.
Do you have a taller/tinted windscreen to put on with your fancy new bolts?

At least the over the headlights fairing comes off nicely to tinker with the windscreen. I am very happy with how well these bikes come apart and go back together. I never have any issue with gaps in the body panels. Ducati built these bikes to be easier to ride and easier to work on, you can tell the bodywork was designed to be taken apart often

Yeah, i was waiting the entire time, if I wasnt lazy I could have put the oem and screen all back on, but eta was all up in the air so I didnt want to turn around and do everything twice. It is fairly quick to put everything back once you do it a couple times.

I too am having trouble reaching Mani or anyone at Motomillion. Several unanswered emails and a full voicemail. I can understand delayed shipping and delayed order processsing. I’m sympathetic. However, reputation management during the pandemic is a priority. I wish everyone well, and am hoping things improve for all. A simple email saying “we hear you, we’re swamped, we will get to your shipment in the order in which it was received...” would do wonders for several folks in this thread.
In my case, the order form autopopulated an incorrect zip/postal code which will mean my order will not be delivered unless this is corrected. (New house, new street, easy to understand... but critical).
Hey Mani... be well. Wishing you and your staff and your business a speedy recovery as you wrestle with current events. Any response appreciated.

And just like that, I received a friendly response confirming my request for an address change. Tough times and I appreciate the effort. Thanks!

Yeah, crazy times. I would get his Instagram person to monitor his emails, the Instagram social media people churn stuff out daily with reliability.
