With these slips you still have the factory butterfly valve in there so why would you waste your time?
Yeah... It was probably a bit misleading what I wrote.
The valve stays in the pipe. But your able to remove the
servo motor and cable for the valve with the termi slips.
Therefore the valve is always open and the up map of the slip ons
deactivates the electric. connection which then won't give you an
error message in the dash.
Not strictly correct.
The electric connection is closed by the plug that Termi supply with the slips - its this that stops the error messages.
Who knows about the up-map.... but it probably has null settings for servo position.
How bad can the Termi's be, the 2014 Factory Moto GP HONDAs runs them, I think they can use anything they want
