Yeah don't be too disappointed just yet, I bet its running lean as Fa@k right now... let them add a bit of fuel and it should pick up... the AR system is almost like having straight pipes, maybe it needs a bit of back pressure as well....
Can't wait to see what the tuner will be able to get out of it.
OMG that one with no baffle just made me laugh
here i am saying that is not funny. love the sound sounds angry
to bad ill get pulled over tho
Maybe? Any other tips?
I believe Rich said they were getting 180-185 rwhp with stock map and open exhaust.
Did you replace the slip-on map with the stock map? Might be the difference with stock map.
Although i would be dellighted to see different my guess is that will make it fuel beautifully, and recover the mid-range it lost, plus some, but we won't crack 180hp peak power.
The fact that we saw 172HP on this dyno suggests that this is consistent with the reported numbers we've seen from many blokes on this forum.
I'm trying to reconcile with the numbers from the AR numbers for their Slipon test which showed 177HP for Slips, 5hp more than mine made in original form.

So allowing for this I'm guessing we're actually aiming for 185HP peak not 190HP. Clearly we're not using the RB module so we won't be making like with like comparisons.
Haven't seen it with belly pan on, frankly felt like I needed to step away and leave them to it....feeling a bit dark about it all.
very interesting, is the bike still at pro-twin wouldn't mind to pop down and check out the system if you dont mind?
just to give you an idea my bike made 166.4hp on pro-twins dyno completely stock. Justin wasn't happy with the results and we were meant to run it again with the rear abs sensor off but we never got around to doing it
