No Trauma, I really don't understand. There is way to many posts for me to catch up on the soap opera and I don't intend to buy an AR system because I like the Termi's. Did he lie or steal or is just that folks aren't happy with the system. Im not challenging anyone here. I just don't get it and I think it's bad for the forum.

I completely agree, I hate what it has done. Each time he starts a new batch, his first post says how he wants to start a new thread and concentrate on the product. Then the second paragraph or post starts the mudslinging which causes the whole thing to go viral. This last time I pointed that out politely (I think), and said if he removed his paragraph concentrating on OPs, I would delete my post, he iognored and fought more. I wish we were modded as well, I have reported several posts to no avail. Then of course Burnsy and Cloner went Nuclear (IMO), and that does not fly here.
I keep saying this, you cannot change anybody's mind or persona here, so you cannot talk at OPs, just stick to bikes/products.
PS - I deleted my one negative post here, left the one asking he conform to the one rule Duc has posted, which he continues to ignore.
PPS I have my eyes on a new Alpina...

In short: most of his claims have proven to be untrue, he bashes competitors (early on), and now he's not capable of posting more than three times in a row without reigniting the feud with personal attacks. But certainly none if that is worthy of hate..IMHO
Oh, and perhaps the biggest issue now is that he had the audacity to attack his most patient customer and the one member here that is uniformly respected for how he handled the debacle he was dealt: wafatboy.

- Rich lied to everyone.
- Rich has no business being in business or customer service.
- AR Exhaust is a piece of .... that had a design flaw, AR requested the part be shipped back first before they'd issue a replacement, instead of just shipping their customers the new part who paid 4 THOUSAND dollars for it.

One of us with a lot of free time should start a thread with one big post that is collection of links to the "greatest" posts by Rich, from both this forum and AF1, and compile a list of the lies, misinformation, attacks, etc. for the benefit all the new members so they don't have to read thru some of the enormous threads to see Rich's true colors.

I'm inclined to agree.
I have noted a member of this forum posting on another forum about our particular little community to that effect.
So the word is starting to leak out onto the net.
It has the potential to discourage new members from joining that could bring good things to the table for all to benefit.
The forum could potentially stagnate, if it already hasn't started to happen.
I would suggest that if one doesn't agree with the way Rich and or his supporters conduct themselves here, then they perhaps would be better off to simply ignore the post in the interests of the forum.
Take that for what it worth.

Going to have to agree with this. Was looking at buying AR pipes but now have no intention of buying a single thing from Rich. This is my last post on anything AR related.

Lets not forget that the whole issue had faded away until Rich (under the burnsy profile) brought it back to life. It only seems to flare up when HE wants it to.

I have never judged a company on whether they have an issue or not... I mean .... happens...But its how they conduct themselves after the problem arises.... That's the acid test... I agree Shifty has been first rate.... Had a shipping issue with Bellisimoto a while back..they acknowledged they screwed up.. shipped for free... Bought from Erico Motorsports..another first rate company...Revzilla..a great company
