Can someone add a link to the best 959 vacuum bleeder system that has the correct adaptors, etc.?

I'd like to do this level of maintenance on my own.

I have never really found the value in a vacuum bleeder for my Ducs and I've got 4. I do all of my own work. I use a soda bottle with a hole in the cap and a hole just down from the neck. Run about 2ft of hose the fits snugly over the nipples down through the cap and to the bottom of the bottle. When not in use tuck the other end into the other hole. Squeeze-open-hold-close-repeat, do not let the reservoirs get too low. I've got a nice vacuum pump but never use it.

Thanks for this. Very helpful and all your steps make sense. You should post a video for this forum--always great to see people making stuff work and for the price of just doing simple stuff, well worth the time to do it on your own.

Motive makes an adapter to fit the OEM Brembo reservoirs but I haven't picked up any fluid yet. Pressure bleeding is quick and easy.

The adapters do not fit the fine threads on the Ducati performance aluminum canisters.

Thanks. With Covid, my Ducati dealership is backed up for 4 weeks--I gotta start doing some of the simpler fluids and accessories on my own. I don't think I'll be touch tires or engine stuff, but the more routine stuff, I gotta learn.

ive got one of these for general purpose fluid extraction, makes it easy as you pump up a bit of vacuum, crack the bleed screw and keep pouring fluid in the reservoir. Tidy and clean as well.

That whole process seems weirdly satisfying...once you setup the extractor, you just pour until clear...Youtube it. :)
