Anybody have a backpack they love? I'm looking for a fairly small/mid sized just for work clothes, odds and ends to and from work. But the pack I use has a buckle that hits the tank, and sits low enough to rub the tail when sitting at lights. Since nothing is allowed to touch my girl, looking for a pack that sits high enough not to rub the tail and some buckle desing to keep it off the tank. I like the Kriega US25, just a bit pricey. Any recommendations?

now that i see the price of the tumi ducati ones the AS is cheap and IMO way better feature rich, lots of pockets and zippers and clips. even holds a helmet. best feature is the strap holders nothing flying around.

the one thing about the Kriega is that it has a 10 year warranty but you pay for that.

I would recommend the Alpine Stars Aero Backpack... I got one slightly used from eBay for about $80.00. Many features not found on most packs that cost more.

Water Proof
Integrated Rain cover
Helmet holder
Ez pass fold down pocket in the front
Will hold my 15' Mac book without issue.
Sunglasses compartment ( at least that's what I'm calling it)
Phone or iPod pocket although neither one I have fit, but the pocket is removable.
My jacket has an aero hump and the pack fits with no worries.
If you really over stuff it the zipper might slightly creep open.

I also have the Tumi Ducati one.
Love it and take it on lots of trips (no motorcycle) but also wear it on the bike and find it very comfortable and great looking.
But yea....the price is salty.

I have the hump on my Corsa jacket, and had to let the straps out to the max to fit - only problem I have with it. It has repalced my Swiss-Army one as my daily, as it's just big enough for what I need communting - bike or car.

Don't judge the icon pack i love it but you better have a metal tank. It's a cross between a tank bag and back pack. Is it an awesome backpack no, if I was looking for a full time backck I'd look for something different buuuuut that being said the fact that I don't need to wear it while riding really doesn't make me care, I have real packs for other situations that require such.

Went with the OGIO No Drag Mach 5. Great bag holds your visors, shoe slots, my work laptop safely (main reason i got it). Straps across the chest as well as you can un-clip to drop it to one shoulder. The bag doesn't collapse like most bags and go flat and get out of shape.

Revilla has them for about $160 but Amazon has it for about $20 less.

Kriega R25 for me. Most comfortable pack I have used for motorcycling and very, very well built.

That link to Nordstroms is the older model, mine is the new one and I don't think it comes in red. The main difference the new one has elastic string pouches on each side rather than a large one on the back.
correct, it's the older model. $170 on ebay if you don't want to pay full msrp.

i like the new one but i prefer the red.
