Just thought I'd share my first time out and impressions on the RSV4 (I know this is a Ducati forum) and I'll have to say that I'm really pleased with it. The turn in was easy and it handled like a dream. Seemed like less effort than the Pani. I was also happy with the braking, not as much initial bite as the Pani but overall solid feel and plenty of stopping power. Power wise it's very tame and linear but haven't really hit it super hard yet since I'm getting used to it but it's definitely not the beast like the Pani. Ergo's seemed good and comfy and not even close to as narrow like the Pani. and I felt right at home on it.

Overall I'm extremely happy with this purchase considering I feel like I got a great deal and would have spent as much on something less to get it track prepped. I did spend some money on necessities to make sure suspension was fresh and sprung correctly, added TC, QS and its getting dyno tuned now. Plus slicks, warmers, generator and trailer to complete the track addict package. Wife wants to kill me....but she's been a good sport listening to me rambling about motorcycle stuff (not sure how she puts up with me, lol). She even helped pic out the trailer and paint the interior of it, bless her heart. So, I'm stoked and ready for more track days now!

Also, I was previously riding in the B group (intermediate) but the guys and MotoCorsa who were running the track day convinced me to move up to the A group (advanced) to ride. I was hesitant about riding in the A group because I wasn't sure that my abilities were in that realm and I was on a new bike also. I was surprised that did ok with and wasn't the slow guy holding up traffic after all. I try to know my limits with nothing to prove but I want to improve my skills and just have fun. Looking to hopefully race next year for fun.

Just want to say that MotoCorsa and the team of instructors do a great job at these track day events. Next one on 5/18.

Good shiz flo. I love everything i have seen you post, except that helmet. should be a Haslam helmet not A Gutless helmet ;)

Ahhh...The 458 Italia. Used to be my fav Ferrari til the La Ferrari was released. Took a bump down one slot.

I've always like the Aprilia. Obviously a great bike that's had tons of success in wsbk. Nice pickup as a track bike! Sound with aftermarket exhaust is also orgasmic!

Lol... Thanks b9009b! I think its a beautiful helmet even if it's was worn by the previous champ. Fitting for the Ape as I couldn't possibly wear my Ducati Triolore helmet while riding it
