Bike is back and working great.

All covered under warranty.

OHLINS ECU was replaced. Part looked exactly this this: SHOCK ECU OHLINS - DUCATI PANIGALE V4S - 38510873A

FYI: I found the actual part code; Code: 38540133A, Description: UNIT SHOCK ABSORBERTS OHLINS. Part located under the gas tank.
