Bonamici rear sets on 2021 v4 panigale

I have a new rear set of bonamici rear sets I installed. I am having an issue with the quick shifter. It works like on stock sets, but intermittently it doesn’t want to shift in without a little release of the throttle on up and down shift. Then it will shift regularly without clutch or release of throttle like it should. If anyone can give me some kind of insight on this issue, please help me out.

The only time I've had similar issues is when the shifter throw is limited in some way, check that the shift rod is perpendicular at rest to both the splined shift knuckle on the shaft and on the rearset.

The angle of the shifter looks wrong to me.
