Have a 22’ V2. Front brake feels a little soft, noted with dealer on first service. Have to make another appointment to get it bled. Said needs an hour and didn’t have time on initial service.

I mentioned I’ve bled many brakes before NBD. He said much more complex procedure on Duc. I have the 959 manual and looks pretty straight forward like any other brake bleed. Unless there are servos involved on a V2 I can’t see it being anything more.

Is dealer blowing smoke or is it as simple as it appears?

Do yourself a favor and get a Mighty Vac, traditional bleeding can't get out all the air bubbles sometimes. A cheap tool and works great.

front ios straight forward as noted above. rear is best to take caliper off and tilt bleed nipple up and tap caliper with plastic screw driver handle a few times before bleeding. Also spread pads out so pistons are all the way in.
