After reading reviews and comments about Brentune and how amazing it is i ordered one for my 2012 1199 Paginale. Was super exited to get it. Came in super fast I got the tune loaded into my bike. After few min of ridding I did notice bike running smoother than before. Less jerky but not as much as what people were saying. There is still quite a bit of jerkiness to it. Also I notice no difference in power increase at all. Like 0. I contacted brentune they asked me to send in some pictures of files which I loaded into my bike. After sending them couple of email's regarding what they asked me send them they stop replying. I thought they must be busy. But its been 3 weeks or a bit more and after writing them few email i still have no reply from them. I am confused are these the same guys people wrote positive reviews about. Did anyone else had similar experience with them.

That's funny... the BrenTuning Stage 1 tune has made a vast difference in my bike's performance... and the staff have gone out of their way to help me fine tune a few parameters to suit my satisfaction, and at no additional cost. Experiences vary I suppose.

i am glad it worked out for you but it unbelievable that they would just stop replying to my emails 3 days after i get my tuner. Like no response. Seems like "yea we sold you the thing now deal with it".

Yeah, like I said, experiences may differ. For me, they went out of their way to make the adjustments required, including a remote login to adjust the parameters to suit my needs, and again, as previously mentioned, there was no charge for the service. You've heard the saying, It's all in your approach." Did you communicate with them in a professional, respectful manner? I assume that you did, and going with that assumption I can't understand why you didn't receive a response. I've always received a response from them within a 24-48 hour period, and that's understandable as there's an 11-12 hour difference (depending on daylight savings time) between my location and theirs.

Of course. I was not rude at all. I was simply asking then i am not seeing any difference in my bike at all and they asked me to send some pictures of software and that's it done nothing after that. I emailed them multiple times nothing.

I can't understand why. Based on my experience, I would have to rate their product, and the support for their product highly. Don't give up on them. Keep trying... sometimes chit happens.

The reality here is was Bren got away with selling people tuning which turned out to be just a upmap and everyone got pretty much the same map. Yes definetely a notch up from stock which is horrible but over charging people for what they were getting. Then few people on here that have the ability to see what was going on called them out on with what they were selling to people which was just a upmap they checked out of here have'nt been seen since.

yes people need to call them out more or at least create awareness for new users so they can make calculated decisions before throwing away their hard earned money.

My experience with UPmap (T800) and the so called "MTorque" is much the same... a lot of money for a lot of crap. After buying the stuff, UPmap had a lot of this and that - even after dyno results proved it is not what they claim...
