Broken frame mount for steering damper

Put a lead wheel weight on the frame stop. It softens the blow that breaks frame .
i don't believe that. Frame is not the Problem on a Panigale, it's the lower clamp.
the best Stops for Panigale , V2 or V4, are R&G Stops. tried 3 times, no damage on the Fork tube.
maybe also Spider, i've seen them bended but not broken=job done.

They responded quickly previously.
I have his number

Just wanted to thank @Kraai again. He was very nice dealing with and put a lot of attention. Part is very well designed and constructed also.

Already installed with the OEM mount still intact.

I went with the CNC Racing upper fork tube mount:

It at least removes it from the stress in the event of a right side bar touching the pavement? I am going to buy the CNC bars and looks like they have thought through the issue of this type of impact on the OEM mount.

Not sure if the carbon version is more durable in that regard either.

But this does not solve the problem with the original central mount on the frame breaking.

^ Yea, sorry it doesn't solve a broken frame tab or mount for the OEM dampener, but does allow you to keep on trucking with a mount. I would imagine JB Weld would work with magnesium? or you would need to but the carbon fiber mount?

But, the part looks like it bolt to the head tube which will need to be welded up if the JB weld or some other way can't fix it.

Picked up the Kraaitech mount and put it on today. Definitely adds some strength and stability to that frame tab in the event the bars hit the ground. Hopefully I never have to find out if it actually works or not….

Simple 5 minute install.

Can somebody help me out getting info on how i could get my hands on the kraaitech frame mount ..? Plz Im desperate .. thx

Try their Facebook. The last post was from 2021, so maybe they aren't around anymore.

I emailed them back on 4/29 and got a reply right away. The only reason I didn't get it is it was 80 EUR plus another 40 EUR for shipping.
