Looks very nice. So much has changed and yet at first glance it still looks relatively stock.

It's only when you pay abit of attention that the little touches start to jump out at you. It's a very understated package leaving Ducati's original design concept intact.

Or perhaps it's better to say, that it looks as the designers intended it to , before the bean counters saved a few bucks by using cheaper rear sets, levers, reservoirs etc.

Nicely done!

Haha, I might have to do the Rizoma resivors! Bike looks totally awesome!! Exhaust coat gives a ti look!! Love it!! How many miles?

Thank you. As I had the bike continually worked on since June, I just checked my total mileage and it is 1313 miles

Listen mate, if you go with the Rizoma fluid tanks make sure your get a very good tech to do it as on the 1199 with ABS you have to bleed the bike in three places and in an exact order along with a specific tick over time.

See you soon.

Thank you Delta One. Your observation is spot on, I was indeed trying to catch Ducati's original design concept before the bean counters got involved.

can i ask whats on the bar ends?
i know they are rizoma but are they made for anything?
im guessing hand protection but can sumone explain more if it is useful in anyway.

sexy bike btw, so jealous

Thanks BlueBear.

I have Rizoma Pro-Guards on both bar ends. Guards are mandatory in MotoGP and were introduced to stop "bar locking" which is accidential handlebar collisions between competing riders and general all purpose hand injury, thus they are a safety enhancement.

In California they come in handy for lane-splitting which is legal here.

Trust this helps.

Looking sweeeet Cali.......So do you think you will stop there or will the temptation to do more come along when more parts arrive for the Pani ??

Thanks Wallaroo. I think I am going to get the two pieces of DP Carbon Fiber that are meant to be coming out before the end of the year ;-)

b1six, It would not be cool to steal Ducati Performance's thunder and ruin the surprise.

True.

DP from DNA or DP from DMH?

Former means US only, later worldwide availability.

World wide availability.

I am not referring to the accessories that will ship first with the 1199 Panigale RS (photos attached) which includes :

- Carbon Fiber fluid tank brackets.
- Carbon Fiber fairing and full body work.
- brushed metal tank.

Nice job Cali! She looks sweet!

There is more I need to do for mine... Did you have to trim the carbon plate frame?

Thank you. I did not trim the carbon plate frame, it is however a very tight fit.

Pretty bad ...! Nicely done. Def one of a kind. Now you can go start racking up more miles now that its finally done.

Enjoy!
