Can the base model headlamp be adjusted/raised?

I wish I still had my TW200...
I'd mount its rear tire on the front of the Pani

I popped off the rubber fairing pads behind the headlamps.
Each headlamp ass'y has a bolt/screw on the inner side.
It's easily seen and accessible.
I inserted a 3mm hex key, and gently turned both CW then CCW.
It moved easily both ways,,
with the typical resistance of headlamp adjuster bolts/screws.
The bike has to run for the lamps to come on.
It's pretty late; I can't start the bike now.
I'll find a parking lot tomorrow evening, and give it a go.
I'll report back with my findings of whether the beams go up/down from turning this bolt...

Did raising the beam do any good and are you using HID's?
