You have an engineering degree now?!>?!>!
How is this even relative to the original thread?

I compared the linkage parts diagrams and the only change is the tie rod. So the pick-up has been moved to compensate for the length. This allows the use of the identical shock. You guys are setting the bikes up to get it stood up to get on the gas. I can totally get that. But I need the bike nimble to dodge stuff. If this was being used on the track I won't change the swingarm.

while you are at it post a pic of a bike you have modified or build or swapped part about on...We obviously know you don’t have an English degree…
It’s RELEVANT because you’d be able to do the maths to figure out how all the differences between Pani and SF equal up to the same rake and trail. So hop to it with your “engineering acumen”!
What’s different about the tie rod … other than length?

there you go being relevant again...

yeah we have seen...... and you can't even mount a seat without a mass panic..let alone bolt a wing mirror back on successfully!Cmon andy don’t be shy. Flex that engineering acumen.
If you want a photo of my bike just go on the Ducati website. It’s pretty much stock and nothing special unlike your sticker adorned masterpiece with binding swingarm
You sure those tie rods are longer? Seat height betwixt the SF and Pani is -5 mm for the SF. Those tie rods could be shorter to account for this. But you’ll only know if you put them side by side.
anyway.... I would leave the SA alone and get a pair of Panigale front inserts and some adjustable yokes with interchangeable inserts.
what shock do you have?
You're right I need to ride it with the Pani inserts first. Manual TTX.
you need a ride height tool too
And ungynearing acumen
you tend to state something on here....generally wrong, it gets identified. You leave it for a day or two, do a bit of internet expert research then try to come back all clever.
oh, that's my investigative expertise!
What is achievable with ducati swapsies....created and built by Me!
here's a 748R frame with a 1198RS Yes RS motor, street fighter SA, TTX shock, modified linear link, wide track front end with adjustable offset yokes FGRT forks, radial callipers, magnesium wheels... large corse carbon tank, bespoke BSD loom with traction control...
Here it is at Le Mans and for my ignorant friend the 67 was Shaken Byrne.
